Due to the unseasonably warm weather, Council is pleased to announce that the Leeton Regional Aquatic Centre will be open from tomorrow, Wednesday 16 April 2025 to Sunday 20 April 2025, from 1pm to 5pm, excluding Good Friday (18 April 2025).

Notice is hereby given for essential maintenance works undertaken by Transport for NSW (TfNSW) in Leeton and Yanco.
TfNSW will be working on Irrigation Way (between Palm Ave and Almond Rd) from Monday 28 April to Wednesday 30 April. To limit the impacts to the community, TfNSW will be carrying out the work over three nights between 7pm and 5am, weather permitting. Detours will be in place via Palm and Acacia avenues. There may be some impacts to driveways and on-street parking during night work. Following work at Leeton, work will then be carried out on Irrigation Way (Main Street) and Binya Street at Yanco on Friday 2 May between 7am and 5pm, weather permitting. Detours for Binya Street will be in place via Progress Street and Gogeldrie Street. Additionally, a detour at the intersection of Irrigation Way and Regulator Road will be in place via Coonong Avenue and Short Street. There may be some impacts to driveways and on-street parking during work.
TfNSW is carrying out road surface repairs on Irrigation Way (Kurrajong and Pine avenues) in Leeton and Yanco to provide a stronger and safer road. Motorists may notice traffic controllers and signage, road closures and reduced speed limits, detours, parking restrictions, delays of up to five minutes and noise from machinery and equipment.
