Parks and Playgrounds
Leeton Shire features extensive open spaces and parks making it a spacious and relaxing place to live. Many parks contain fun, innovative and accessible playgrounds that contribute to the developmental needs of children and are free to use. They are also important community hubs that encourage interaction and community wellbeing.
Our three premier parks are: Mountford Park in Leeton's centre features beautiful trees and gardens, a large playground, a bird aviary and barbeque facilities. Yanco's McCaughey Bicentennial Park is great for walking, bird watching, play and family activities. And another popular park is Leeton's colourful Graham Park.
